| Wow! So the last time that I posted was October 26! It's been a while! We started practices last week, and FYI...we're gonna be good, so if any of you guys can, try to come see us play! There's some cool stuff about the girls on the website www.bronchosports.com then click on softball and go from there...season outlook and roster are good!
I've moved into my apartment and I love it! My roommate is so much better than last semester! Life is getting ready to be crazy, so I'm gonna try to enjoy it while I can! I hope that everyone is doing great! | | |
| Everything is going well at UCO...been doing 6am workouts and they are fun let me tell ya! Went to Springfield last weekend and had a blast...it was great to see all you guys...if you guys don't know this, I am having my knee scoped tomorrow and will be out for a few weeks...sadly xanga has taken back seat to facebook, so send me a message on facebook and I am more likely to get it...hope everyone is doing well and I will talk to ya'll later...if you wanna talk to me on drugs call me Thursday after 5! | | |
| Well, my wonderful week and a half off from softball ends after tomorrow. 6ams start Thursday morning...while all of you are sleeping, think of me!
We went to pick out our season ticket seats for the Oklahoma City Hornets on Sunday and we got GREAT seats! We are 8 rows up in the corner across from the home bench. Can't wait for shaq to come to town!
Ok, so I have officially figured out what I am going to do with my life (at least for the next few years). Ya'll ready for this...I'm doing a double major...Social Studies Education and Political Science. Surprisingly enough, I can graduate in 4.5 years and not totally kill myself. Then from there I'm probly gonna get my masters in Political Science...who knows, maybe one day I will be a politician...sounds fun...would you guys vote for me? haha! I guess I just like to freak myself out about what I'm going to do with my life and I HAVE to know....even if I change my mind tomorrow!
I'm coming to Spfd/ Bolivar Oct 21...get ready for fun times! Hope everybody is doing well...OU/Texas is this weekend...we'll see how well I'm doing Saturday afternoon!

| Well, because nobody seemed as excited as me about the whole New Orleans/ Oklahoma City Hornets thing I thought I'd try to write something a bit more interesting in hopes for a comment or two. Ok, get this...I am juror # 72! I have jury duty! Mixed emotions on the whole thing, I think that it would be very interesting, but b/c I am a student I won't be able to serve. I don't know if ya'll knew this, but in January my dad was a part of the jury for a murder case. It was like the most important court case at the time in the US. They found the guy guilty of like manslaughter, and 1st and 2nd degree murder or something like that...basically he got around 175 years in prison plus the death penalty. It was craziness.
Also, for the next week and a half I am going to be bored out of my mind b/c softball is over for now. If you have anything interesting for me, PLEASE let me know!

| I have a new favorite sports team...Your very own New Orleans/ Oklahoma City Hornets!!!! We have an NBA TEAM!!! YAY! We have a 1 year contract with the Hornets with an option for a 2nd year! If OKC does well, then they are thinking that we might get our own team in a few years! I am so excited! Right now my dad is on hold to try to get season tickets! Guys, this is huge for OKC! I am way excited! I have something to fill the void that the Sooners have left in my life for the past few weeks. Now, don't get me wrong, I still love my Sooners and I blead Crimson and Cream, but...I can definitely sport some Hornets teal!
So, update on the leg...stitches out yesterday...kinda still open and pretty nasty...but, I can catch again and am thinking that I will catch Saturday and I am very excited!
More exciting stuff...welcome SBU friends to the wonderful world of facebook...if you haven't yet, you will soon find that facebook takes up more time than xanga and totally takes the place of studying sometimes!
